I brought my GMC work truck to the service department, needing help. The staff listened to what I needed and responded immediately. I live 150 miles away from Moses Lake, and own 2 Duramax. I don’t get th needing help. The staff listened to what I needed and responded immediately. I live 150 miles away from Moses Lake, and own 2 Duramax. I don’t get this level of service from the dealership I bought my trucks from. I wish I lived closer. What did they fix? A franchise oil change company didn’t install the seal on my oil filter cap correctly, almost ruined my engine, their mechanic corrected the problem in minutes, didn’t charge me, total time on site less than 15 minutes. Had my truck for six weeks and gave me every excuse in the book of why my truck was not being worked on. This is a 2022 Silverado with 16,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty. I told them what the book of why my truck was not being worked on. This is a 2022 Silverado with 16,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty. I told them what I suspected the problem to be when it was towed into them and they waisted six weeks tossing parts at the truck till they check what I suspected from day one and that was the problem they had the part truck fixed same day. Thanks for waisting my time Bud Clary I will NEVER return to any of your dealerships and highly recommend other stay away also. More
Some of the worst, business practices I’ve witnessed in my entire automotive career. I came Monday morning waiting for my wife to bring her car to drop off so I could pick her up. I witnessed multiple in my entire automotive career. I came Monday morning waiting for my wife to bring her car to drop off so I could pick her up. I witnessed multiple employees excessively driving every car they got into (unless the customer was watching) Service advisors would wait for customer to leave, start up the car, hit the gas in reverse aggressively, slam the brakes, and excessively accelerate through the service bay, around the parking lot, and throughout the dealership in speeds that looked to be in excess of 35 mph + through the service bay and around the back. My service advisor also wouldn’t give me a confirmed price on any of the services I asked for. When speaking over the phone about my issue, I was told $360, when speaking in person, I was told &360 plus &160, plus tax, and he wouldn’t say the full price no matter how I asked him. When confronted he just smiled and I was told “I don’t make the rules.” I was also charged per diagnostic which is a ridiculous practice. When clarifying if someone came in with 5 different issues at one time on their vehicle, the service advisor confirmed they would charge $1000 in diagnostic fees before even starting repair work. Robbing the customer for each individual issue they have, adding insult to injury. They are over charging for labor in EXCESSIVE amounts. When looking at the Tech Service bulletin on my repair, it said materials are $30 plus nuts and washers, and the Job should be at most 2hrs. My quote was $930 plus $160 Charging $450 dollars for labor and another $160 for the service technician to use their eyes to confirm a problem. I had no problem paying for you to confirm my issue, I do have a problem being charged multiple diagnostic fees, I have a problem with the way their service advisors drive vehicles, I have a problem with the way they present their costs. I have a problem with them not giving me straight answers and telling me costs upfront. When initially dropping off the truck I was told only 160 for the diagnostic fee. Not 160 x2. They had my truck all day for a diagnostic. 8am to 4pm they needed to just look at the vehicle for an obvious coolant leak, and an Obvious leaking back window seal. I know from the other reviews there are enough people with horrid experiences here to help ensure the Columbia basin and surrounding Areas avoid buying and servicing their vehicles here, in hopes that the future for Bud Clary is slim, with little to no allocations from GM leading to the eventual closing of doors, giving another dealer the opportunity to make things right as a Chevrolet/ GM dealer here in Moses lake. I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Bud Clary Ford Dealership of Moses Lake, WA. I purchased my 2016 F150 from them in May because they promised that undergo a comprehensive inspection prior to d Ford Dealership of Moses Lake, WA. I purchased my 2016 F150 from them in May because they promised that undergo a comprehensive inspection prior to delivery along with all required recalls. I allowed them to keep it as long as necessary for this to happen, and they kept it another two weeks following completion of paperwork to perform these processes. They have proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy, making promises they couldn't keep and jeopardizing my safety in the process. To begin with, they failed to fulfill a mandatory recall on my master brake cylinder, putting my life at risk during a road trip across mountain passes. It's unimaginable that a reputable dealership would overlook such a critical safety issue, jeopardizing not only my safety but also the safety of others on the road. Secondly, I purchased my used F150 from this dealership, hoping for the assurance of comprehensive inspections and care for Ford vehicles. Unfortunately, they proved themselves to be far from capable in this regard. The spark plugs, crucial for the proper functioning of the 3.5L EcoBoost engine, were completely neglected. As any informed Ford owner knows, poorly maintained spark plugs can lead to serious engine problems, compromising performance and fuel efficiency while potentially causing long-term damage. It's disheartening that Bud Clary Ford Dealership, despite being a Ford-specific dealership, lacks the knowledge and diligence necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicles they sell. Why should one bother purchasing used from a Ford dealership if they provide no tangible benefits for Ford vehicles and fail to address essential safety and engine concerns? The lack of attention to safety and customer satisfaction is inexcusable. I feel deceived and betrayed by Bud Clary Ford Dealership, and I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against doing business with them. Attempting to address these issues with the dealership's staff proved to be futile. While the sales department seemed interested in resolving the issues, this proved to be more empty promises. They displayed dismissive attitudes leaving me frustrated and anxious about the condition of my vehicle. It seems like they have little regard for their customers once they've made a sale. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how important it is for potential customers to steer clear of this Bud Clary Ford Dealership. Their negligence and lack of accountability present a clear danger to anyone who purchases a vehicle from them. Your safety and peace of mind should not be compromised for the sake of convenience. In conclusion, my experience with Bud Clary Ford Dealership has been riddled with broken promises, critical safety oversights, and neglect of crucial engine components. Avoid this dealership at all costs and seek out a more reputable and customer-oriented establishment for your automotive needs. Your safety and the well-being of your vehicle deserve better than what this dealership can offer. More
