When we first went to Bud Clary Chevrolet we met Ryan Allen in the sales lot. We made it clear to Ryan that we were not ready to buy and we were just looking. That did not deter Ryan in any way. He showed us several vehicles and was very knowledgeable about all of the trucks we looked at. We did not take a test drive at that time. We continued to look at other dealerships and soon found we were getting several calls from them with questions we did not want to answer. Some of them were downright pushy. We went back to Bud Clary again and started looking at specific trucks. Ryan Allen was again very helpful and he was able to answer all of our questions on the spot. Other sales people we had encountered were not as knowledgeable. We test drove two trucks and left again. We continued to get pesky calls from other dealerships but not from Ryan. We found that we had the best sales experience at Bud Clary Chevrolet and with Ryan Allen. We finally narrowed the field down to the Chevrolet 3500 HD 4X4 and the Dodge truck of the same size. We found both trucks to be pretty close to equal in driving but the Chevrolet has a better warranty and the Duramax 6.6 L Diesel with the Allison six speed transmission was far stronger than the Dodge. Plus Ryan Allen was much more helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We found the right truck but wanted it in red. Ryan found three trucks in other Chevrolet dealerships that met our wants and needs and had the one we chose bought in within just a few days. I recently discovered that my 2005 Subaru was weeping fluids and was in need I need to tip my hat to Bud Clary’s auto repair and service department. I recently discovered that my 2005 Subaru was weeping fluids and was in need of a head gasket replacement, a repair that was going to cost in excess of $2000. Fortunately for me, the general manager was willing to negotiate with the Subaru Corporation of America and my vehicle was fixed on warranty. I appreciate the “above and beyond” assistance I am always given by Clary’s staff. On every scheduled oil change I am treated like a valued customer -- given tire rotation, a multi-point inspection, a shuttle around town and a car wash… all for free. We have now purchased 7 vehicles from Bud Clary over the last 20 yrs. The sales person we used to deal with had left so buying my 2013 Camaro was my 1st time dealing with Ryan. I feel I got a fair price on my trade in and the paperwork end of everything went very smooth with Martin. Ryan spent a lot of time educating me on my new car. He has called to see how everything is going since we purchased the Camaro. I'm having a blast driving it. I haven't had as much fun with a car since the 70's. I have referred many people to him when they are ready to make a purchase. We also purchased a nice used car for our grandson from Ryan 6 days after buying the Camaro so obviously we are very pleased with both Ryan and the dealership. We always have all our service performed at Bud Clary because their service dept is also top notch. I guess I just can't say enough about how pleased we are to have Bud Clary in our town. More

I located a car online that I had been trying to find. I was stunned to find the car with so few miles, and certified as I had hoped. EVERY OTHER ONE had much higher miles, and was definitely not in as good shape. I was also able to tell that the price they were asking made me not feel that I should even try to chisel the price down at all. Additionally, I had a price in mind that I wanted to receive on my trade, which they exceeded (also nothing to chisel), and I had checked the price of the items I wanted to have retrofitted as well as the items that my car (trade-in) needed to have repaired. They were ALL in line with what I expected. In addition to being priced fairly, the buying experience was very pleasant and everyone was very helpful. Truly a pleasure doing business. They exceeded my every expectation! I should mention that I had to drive over two hours to get there to get this car, and I would do it again! Thanks all at Bud Clary! More
