I have not bought a new truck since the 90s and my last truck i bought was a private sale so online never came to mind since I am a one on one person. after looking for three months all over the county I would always check online at Budclarys ( no other dealer mentioned this to me ) , and or return back to their car lot and asked for Dustin. One day I found a truck that had not even made it to the detail or safety shop yet. after one look and a test drive the following day and after it was checked out the next day I bought it. during my visit i was given a walk through of the dealership that had some remodeling done to it this year, after i was done with signing the paperwork for my truck i was turned back over to Dustin and Brad Ramey, they handed me my keys and told me that my truck was delivered to my home and parked in my driveway. When we stopped by the dealership for the first time we expected the same old games we usually get at most dealerships ( unknowledegeble and pushy sales team with the usual turnover when things didn't go their way) but things went refreshingly different. On our first visit to Bud Clary we were interested in the new hard to find 2015 Tahoe and Suburban. Brad was very patient with us and worked very hard to find the vehicle with the specific packages we wanted. Brad did a great job and located us the exact Tahoe we were looking for. Brad had to pull quite a few things together to make the dealer trade a success and could have easly tried to jack up the price on a vehicle that just came out. Brad gave us a great deal on the vehicle and saved us a lot of money. Other dealers wanted full MSRP or more for the new body style, Bud Clary Chevrolet came in below. Brad also worked very hard to make sure the vehicle was customized to our personal needs and desires, he got our windows tinted and arranged the aftermarket wheel and tire upgrades too! True customer service. This was an unexpected and fun experience to say the least, it was so good that I wish I needed to buy another new car now so I can continue my day to day contact with Brad. Scott Woodruff came highly recommended as a referral based sales consultant. I took Amtrack from Seattle($26) with my pre-approved loan in hand,having never actually met Scott.
