He answered questions helpfully. I didn't feel like he tried to give us a hard sell. To be fair, he was persistent about buying an extended warranty that I didn't want, and the sales manager was more so, but they remained courteous and stopped short of being insistent. They let me take the car with an opportunity of returning it if it didn't pass a pre-purchase exam with my mechanic in Portland the next day--It easily did pass--which is very fair. I got a good deal on the car and wouldn't mind dealing with them again. More
