Had a truck all picked out and worked with the internet salesman to get preapproved told him I would be in at 4:30 but actually showed up at 3:30 and the truck I was promised was just leaving the dealership sold to someone else. What was even more sad was the sales manager refused to make it right and didn't even offer me anything comparable. Total shady car dealer style. I bought a Subaru from them once and it was pleasant but this was a total let down. Wasted a 3 hour round-trip on them today. More

They Charge Double For Service Be ware! If you are the type who will pay more than twice the market price for parts and service to be able to say the work was done by a dealer then Be ware! We went to Bud for an ABS light that had been coming on and a fan that only worked on high. The ABS issue was corrected by replacing the control module and a sensor. I doubt both parts were bad. That would be like having your computer and mouse go bad at the same time. The real issue though is that they charged twice the price any other supplier sells the genuine parts for and they billed 5 hours at $100 per hour. I know that 2.5 hours would have been more than ample time to do the work. It's 2017, one can watch ASE certified mechanics do the exact same procedures on the same model vehicle on YouTube! Then the clincher, they offered a $99 dollar service package. We declined because last time that package turned into $150 with the type and amount of oil in the particular vehicle. They billed the $99 anyway! We had to go back and have it refunded but the bill was still over $1200 for an ABS ECM, an ABS wheel sensor, and a fan resistor. Even if Bud Clary mailed us a check for the $600 of over the top charges, we wouldn't go back to them in the future. More

Although my husband was apprehensive about doing business with Bud Clary again after a past experience, Long assured us that we would be well taken care of. He was absolutely correct. Long was an real pleasure to work with & met all our expectations. They all worked late into the evening to insure I would drive home in the Equinox that I wanted. Well worth it! Long Huynh, was my sales consultant. I was trying to do a trade in for a used vehicle but, ended up getting a 2016 Chevy Cruze.
