We had been looking for the right truck for over a year now, and were starting Me and my wife came in wanting to get a new diesel truck for ourselves. We had been looking for the right truck for over a year now, and were starting to get a little anxious, which was not a good thing, we originally were going to settle for an older more mileage diesel with less features, when Bradley our amazing sales rep showed us this lifted diesel that had been hiding in the back of the lot! I met Bradley who then explained to me what was going on with my vehicle and what we could do about it. He showed me a few cars that I was very interested explained to me what kind of options that were available to me and made it a super easy to be honest fun experience. Yes, it was an all day process but not one that was pulling teeth one i enjoyed. More

Awful customer service I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I bought a chevy sonic in 2015 and since then I've had multiple issues with Bud Clarys customer se I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I bought a chevy sonic in 2015 and since then I've had multiple issues with Bud Clarys customer service. First I had a bad coil, it was making my car shake bad after driving it for about 40 miles. When I took it in the first time they said they couldn't find anything and that I should put Premium gas in it. I went in again because the problem kept happening and this time they said they would drive it because I told them it only started after driving it for about 40 miles. They had me pick it up because "nothing was wrong". I asked how long they drove it they said 20 miles.. Finally a third time I came in said "it has a bad coil" so then they fixed it because I was right. I then showed them the first time I came in for the problem they had in the notes it had a bad coil. I talked to the manager because it wasn't just that. The staff was extremely rude and would question if the vehicle was even mine! I ended up getting a free detail for my "troubles". I stopped going for over two years back to bud clary. Eventually though I had a letter saying I had a recall part. So I went in and the next day after they worked on my car my stereo stopped working. I left one voicemail, got told I would be called back once and then finally the third time I got to make an appointment and that phone call I asked to talk to the service manager where I left a voicemail and never got a call back. I went in and got told I had to come back because they were ordering a part. I went to the front office and asked to talk to a manger since the service manager wouldn't call me back and he's pretty much ignoring me. The front office lady agreed that he's probably ignoring me!!! So I said I really wanted to speak to someone else.. instead they sent out the service manager who claimed he never got my voicemail and he was going to take care of this problem himself. But if I didn't hear back from him within a week I shouldn't expect to hear from him for about three weeks! So I called him four days later and never got a call back so I called the parts department and the parts guy tells me I should've gotten a call the day before and he was confused why I didn't get a call. So I set up my appointment. Then later that day the service manager calls and leaves me a voicemail saying his staff "got everything taken care of" which is not the case. If I didn't call I wouldn't have gotten my appointment set up. Then today I pick up my car after getting my stereo fixed and I asked for my free detail job I never got. They vacuumed my car. And barley that. They didn't wipe down anything. Yet the notes say the carpet was shampooed and vacuumed and interior was wiped down. I will never go back and will share my story to others. This also does not include how they had my parents car for over two months for a Diagnosis. They also could never get a call back. They also could never actually say what was wrong with the car. That was a Chevy. More
