Took forever to reach the service department, every other department answered but them, called multiple times before getting an answer. She was shuttled before me and I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours and 30 minutes. (10:45) They are only getting 2 stars because Miguel the shuttle driver was very friendly and welcoming. Not to mention I had to contact them to check if my vehicle was ready for pickup (4:00pm) a dsg service should only take 2-4 hours max if they have all necessary tools. I had a friend work at this location and he told me they would take joy rides in the car before and after repairs, my trip meter was reset so I assume they had a little bit of fun before I picked it up. Side skirt of my car was also partially broken after pickup. More
Last spring we had our 03 Jetta TDI in for major service with the pre dealership conversion team. While we thought everything was taken care of at the time one very important item was missed. Last month the tensioner for the serpentine belt broke, which had us very confused, as that and the serpentine belt should have been done then. Turns out it was missed, and we didn't catch it. So, upon contacting the dealer thinking it was replaced, but finding out not, the service manager went above and beyond to help us get our daily runner fixed and back to us before surgery. We are very happy with this dealership, customer service is perfect, and so far the work is good. We will be back in the future. More
It took 4 days to diagnose and 5 weeks total for the job to be "done". I got there on a Friday and the engine cover was loose as they did not put it back together properly after the repair. It was also difficult to get a response from the service advisor via phone or text which they mentioned was due to being short staffed. More
Clary Auburn VW, LLC continues to let me down. Problems started on 2022-11-02 when the service department manager told me he would text me at the end of the day after I waited eight hours to get a Problems started on 2022-11-02 when the service department manager told me he would text me at the end of the day after I waited eight hours to get a key programmed with a scheduled appointment. I did not get a text message. Why bother even telling me you're going to text me? The second disappointment was the scheduling for my 2023-03-09 service. I received a text message that said I could respond back to the message to schedule service. When I politely responded, I was ignored. I don't care what technological issues or department problems may allegedly be occurring. Don't text people telling them they can respond if you're just going to ignore them. I have no complaints with the service advisors I worked with on either day. On 2023-03-09, Chance Gerard was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. My complaints are about the administration of the service center. I can't be sure how long any appointment will take. Scheduling will have to be done over the phone only. No gimmicky technological conveniences appear to be working properly. No human person appears to actually care. It doesn't really matter if I complain because there will be no follow-up. I'll only go back because it's more inconvenient to travel farther. More
I came in today to trade in my Volkswagen Jetta GLI that I bought from this dealership last year, and once again nothing but smooth sailing with this dealership. Came in with my old car and left with my new I bought from this dealership last year, and once again nothing but smooth sailing with this dealership. Came in with my old car and left with my new car within 1-2 hours. Will for sure return to this dealership for future trade ins and purchases. More

Service has gone downhill since changing from Auburn Volkswagen to Bud Clary VW. Dropped my car off on 3/28. Called 3/30 at 7:37 a.m. and talked to Kerstain. She said she needed to talk to a tech and would give me a call back within an hour. Didn’t hear back for almost 5 hours until her call back at 12:34. Then at pickup was told that the rear brakes need to be done. I explained it would have been nice to know those when she called earlier. Then, was told there’s a new 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I said, “Again, something that would have been nice to know earlier.” Kerstain said it’s posted on the back of her computer. Well, yes it is, and it’s visible only when removing the “Clary Care” sign advertising oil changes. Today’s poor customer service experience, combined with a previous visit where they lost my car and forgot to do the service, shows that service is indeed going downhill. More

I had and appointment at 10:15 and got there at 9:40. I was just wanting diagnostics done so I would know if the repairs were worth it. I was told there was a shuttle and rentals for $25 a day but not really offered either with the initial sit down. At the end I was told they would have an answer for me by 3:00. I sat down and then decided I would like a rental, walked up to the counter and was told that there are no rentals available and the shuttle only goes 10 miles. I waited until 2:48 to find out I wouldn’t be getting work done there, it was way over the top of my budget. More
