My car was towed there Jan 10,2023 with damage to the oil pan and had no oil in it. Finally on May 1st it was determined a total loss. Since I went to the wrong dealership I was treated no differently than if I had an appointment. I needed more work than expected and they were great getting it done. My car was in for a regular service and some additional issues with the key and Android Auto. The car was in for two weeks. The communication was very poor. Nothing proactive and not returning calls. They got me in promptly, allowed me to pick the services I wanted with only a couple of recommendations, but it was a no pressure scenario which was pleasant for a change.
