If this had not been a Costco referral I would have left immediately. Once I was contacted, the staff was very courteous and helpful. All of the financing and service are done next door at the Chrysler dealer. I was promised window tinting which I paid for and was told that I would be contacted. They did a purchase follow up call and I asked about it and they said they would follow up with me. Still haven't heard from them. More
