The negotiation process was straightforward and Keith was empowered to make the decisions, so no games and waiting process to make the deal. I came in looking for a particular car, but my sales person, Rita Singh, spent a lot of time with me discussing my needs, and exactly what I was looking for and what I really needed, and I ended up getting something completely different than what I came in for...and it was totally the right decision. I had never considered the Tucson, but it is truly the perfect vehicle for me, and fits my needs completely. I never felt rushed or pressured with Rita; it was a great experience. More
