Hyundai Elantra - Jasmine Robert Eagleson was fantastic agent. From the minute we stepped inside the dealership is he greeted us individually with warm smile. As we talked and discuss what we need is he maintained to be very accomodating with all our inquiries (even that means, him going back and forth to get the qoute for us). Sadly is I don't have a good credit and that's why I can not get the car og my dreams. But I can tell that Robert did an extra step to help me the car that night. And coz of that I wanna give Robert a 2-thumbs up and will definitely come to see him again fot family friends looking for a new car. More

I feel that they listened and pointed not pushed me in the direction that would best meet my needs. I came in with the thought that I would buy a nicer Elantra model, Seth the sales manager, and Robert my salesman suggested but did not push me to toward a Sonata Sport. I was able to drive 3 different models and all were well explained to me. In the end I decided that the Sonata best met my wants, needs and expectations. I feel they were very professional and helpful with out pushing me to the more expensive car. I am very pleased with my purchase and feel they did me a service putting me in the car that best meets my wants and needs. I would recommend them to friends and family and when the time comes for me to purchase another car I hope they are still with my local dealership. I was also pleased with the young man that I worked with in the finance department, I'm sorry I do not remember his name. More

While I saw other customers being shown the features of their new vehicles, no such service The customer service experience at Bud Clary was horrible. While I saw other customers being shown the features of their new vehicles, no such service was offered to me. I had to wait for over an hour to see the finance person to sign my paperwork. A move that I figure was a sales technique to discourage customers from reading the documents too thoroughly. The entire process from start to finish was rushed and there was no consistency of customer service. I also had to wait for over 45 minutes to drop off my down payment, during which no one even acknowledged that I was waiting. More
A friend for life. I would have never gone to Bud Cleary Hyundai if it were not for Allison. She had such a personable attitude on the phone that I felt compelled just t I would have never gone to Bud Cleary Hyundai if it were not for Allison. She had such a personable attitude on the phone that I felt compelled just to meet her in person. I felt so comfortable with her that I would have thought she was part of my family. Witty, friendly, beautiful inside and out. I could go on but the space provided is too limited. The purchase process dragged out to 7 hours. It took 3.5 hours just to pry a trade in price for my car. In hindsight the $2,000 offered plus the $1,000 incentive added, I would have rather kept the car, added $3,000 to my down payment and got back the time. Note, Allison had nothing to do with this and it was very busy that day. I would suggest that my best experience is when I am working with only one person. I hate Hate HATE when others meddle in my business during a negotiation. I wish to only talk to one person. negotiate with one person and shake that persons hand when a price is reached. There were six people that seemed to want to make it their business to reach a final price. A miscommunication between myself and another salesman cost me $350. But after all of this, I still love these people, and I will be back. p.s. build them a new building Bud Cleary. More

Great Buying Experience Just got a great deal from Robert on a 2016 Sante Fe Sport AWD and replaced my 2011 Sante Fe FWD that I drove only 50,000 miles with no issues. I high Just got a great deal from Robert on a 2016 Sante Fe Sport AWD and replaced my 2011 Sante Fe FWD that I drove only 50,000 miles with no issues. I highly recommend Hyundai vehicles and everyone compliments me when they get inside my new Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and it drives very nice and is a big improvement over my 2011. Lots of cargo space, even a hidden large area in the back. Love the reclining rear seats and adjustable steering mode. Robert and Seth took great care of me and I would definitely recommend that you purchase a Hyundai vehicle from them. More
