Made me think I was getting into a car, had me use my lunch break to ride my bike down to sign papers. Then comes in after 30min and say it will be another 30min. Non-informative, possibly dishonest, and they lack in keeping appointments. I’m still disconcerted on how I made an appointment 4 weeks ahead of time, dropped my car off a day early, and they still took keeping appointments. And they only looked at it, because I called a spoke to the auto sales manager ( service manager never available). Will never return!! More

I had dreaded having the inconvenience of having to lose access to my car to have safety recalls performed. No worries because once I dropped the car off they gave me a ride home and contacted me as soon a access to my car to have safety recalls performed. No worries because once I dropped the car off they gave me a ride home and contacted me as soon as it wS done to let me know they had a car scheduled to pick me up and take me back to the dealership so I could drive my car back home. Practically no inconvenience at all and they completed TWO factory safety recall items with absolutely no charge to me. This dealership must have read the book "Raving Fans." I told them if they got any more efficient they have have no competition. More
