Great service Lube, oil, filter. Also water pump recall and brake flush/fill. Cecil Stephenson did the work. He walked me through the inspection, explained what nee Lube, oil, filter. He did great work, all fluids were perfectly filled. I will be returning and asking for Cecil to do all of my work. Much better people and service than Larson dodge which is awful More
Great advertised prices on Ram Trucks Great advertised prices on Ram Trucks. My purchase price was below manufacturers sticker price. Some other dealers had a similar truck marked up $20 Great advertised prices on Ram Trucks. My purchase price was below manufacturers sticker price. Some other dealers had a similar truck marked up $2000 over sticker price! Our sales associate, Lan, was a joy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable on Ram trucks. She was much more knowledgeable than other salespeople we talked with at other dealerships. Lan went the extra mile for us and has followed up letting us know when the service department will have our truck ready for pickup! Gene in service was very good on answering a couple of technical questions. Robert in the finance office was great. More
Friday afternoon maintenance Okay, okay . . . I asked for it. Just a routine oil change maintenance and the last time I came there was an Express Oil Change line. But no more. Okay, okay . . . I asked for it. Just a routine oil change maintenance and the last time I came there was an Express Oil Change line. But no more. So it was Friday afternoon after work and I didn't want to come back the next day on a Saturday so I got in line, talked to my sales guy and watched a lot of television. I miss the Express Line and food service. But - hey - we're here for the car service, right? And even though it wasn't in and out, the service was professional grade both on intake at the service writer and the actual work on the vehicle. It always seems to run smoother after a service. Probably the tire pressures being equalized, the fresh oil or just my imagination. Anyway, I felt well-treated and so did my van. More

She took the time to really go through the features of the vehicle we were looking to buy without ever pressuring us to buy. She is smart, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. The price was right and we are loving our new Jeep. The only small negative would be that it was the end of the month and the financing took a few extra minutes to complete. Though this could be considered a positive sense it gave us a chance to visit the complemenary coffee bar. And, the coffee was pretty good! Really everyone we ran into at the dealership was friendly. Overall a nice experience. Now I just have to figure out if I can justify the drive from Seattle to Auburn to get my Jeep serviced at Bud Clary's. Would be nice : ) More

Worst car buying experience in my life Literally the worst car buying experience I have ever had: Initial conversation over email through TrueCar was exceptional, until Kane Hwang took ove Literally the worst car buying experience I have ever had: Initial conversation over email through TrueCar was exceptional, until Kane Hwang took over. First, they silently tried to sneak in extra options and warranty into the price, and made it painfully long to prepare new sales paperwork when i refused to pay for it. During the loan application i have asked for my credit check only to be sent to BECU, and they have sent it someplace else (direct violation of the signed papers). Then, they sold me the car that they didn't have and it took ME 3 days of emails and calls to find this out. No response to calls or emails apart from one-word responses. After escalation to Kane's manager, they have finally found a different car with different options and reduced price, although paperwork they sent to BECU stated original price. Finally, after all the corrections of paperwork and final sale of the car we made an agreement that they will send my license plates to my home in Bellevue. No updates for nearly 6 weeks, no response to emails to any of their sales managers. Just called them and they had the plates since March 15th (1 month after purchase), and they have recorded that they made a call on that day (lie), not a single call or voice mail from them in a month. Now, over the phone they said that they will mail it today and tomorrow. Let's see if this takes them another month or not. More
