I had done a lot of reading about the different models and packages. Calvin was by far the most knowledgeable about the Compass models. I wanted a specific model with specific packages and he found it right away. He also personally took me to pick up the Jeep. I was impressed by his personal attention and especially his knowledge. Daniel was very helpful, friendly, accommodating, courteous and very patient with my husband and me. I told him that at my age, I was not too open to new technology and too much changes but he promised that if I have any questions I can always come back. Truely Stress Free I have reached that golden age of 76 and this is the FIRST time buying a new vehicle (Subaru Outback) that it was actually 'Stress Free'. Its not oft I have reached that golden age of 76 and this is the FIRST time buying a new vehicle (Subaru Outback) that it was actually 'Stress Free'. Its not often that the catch phrase for something actually turned out to be true. I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff for living up to there name. Our sales representative Brian made it one of the most enjoyable trips to a car dealership I have ever experienced. I look forward to testing the service department to see if they also live up to the 'Stress Free' experience. More

When a you purchase a 50,000 truck, a vehicle should be provided when repairs are needed, especially when it is warranty work. More

CRIMINAL RIP OFF Here is what happened to me Lothar Gauf - Auburn My Jeep Cherokee in good shape had an electrical problem and I brought it to Bud Clary in Auburn f Here is what happened to me Lothar Gauf - Auburn My Jeep Cherokee in good shape had an electrical problem and I brought it to Bud Clary in Auburn for repair. The service manager Mr. Morgan told me know problem and could repair it I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks and called, no one every called me back. I sent a number of emails without response, more than twenty phone calls. Finally another irresponsible service manger called me back with many unbelievable reasons after 5 months with my car. They still had no repair, no estimate and they had no clue what was wrong, they just guessed by swapping parts out. After eight months and more than 30 emails, they still did not know how to fix it, one cheap excuse after another and wanted me to pay $1380 for work that did not fix the issue. I had to threaten to take them to court to get my car back, and I told them that I would not pay one penny. Finally after 9 months and 3 days I got my car back without repair. Jeep dealership in Renton fixed the car in 3 days for $780, this shows how unreliable, dishonest, and worthless this company is. The most dishonest and incompetent is the service manager Charles Hart, only rip offs and excuses. I strongly suggest do not buy or take your car to this company for repair, they are just worthless and incompetent.
