You guys cost me $200 dollars to tell me what I already knew. I ha e an obd2 tool as well. You wanted 2000 just to start looking at it. You were of absolutely no help and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone even my worst enemy. You replaced 2 fuses and could not even do that right. You put a 10amp fuse into a 20amp fuse slot. I drove off the lot a mile down the road and wouldn't start again. You couldn't figure why it wouldn't shift into drive. I got under the car and in 30 seconds I saw what the problem was. My car ran worse than it did when I dropped it off my flashers, high beams wipers didn't work when I left the lot. It also cost me my schooling because you guys had my car almost a month leaving no way to get to and from school the school dropped from being a student. My car is my home and I live in it. I'm In the middle of changing my life around, started to go to school to be a mechanic. Now I'm back at square one. Overall you showed no consideration to my situation as I told Matthew my situation. He couldn't even respond. I am now worse off than I was before I dropped my car off. I was told a week maybe two and just under a month later and $200. You guys are horrible. All you did was connect an obd2 scanner xxxx I did that. I'm still not knowing what's wrong with my car. You guys knew I didn't have money like that so you told me some outrageous amount of money to keep diagnosing my vehicle. I'm extremely upset with the service and I would go out of my way to make sure you get as little business as possible. It was a horrible experience and you were highly recommended by numerous people so I thought I was putting my. Car in good hands after you touched it I couldn't even drive it forward only in reverse until I got under the car on your lot and fixed it myself. I think you should pay me the 200 as you guys did absolutely nothing but make my life worse. You treated me like I was some bum looking for a handout. That's the way you made me feel. Angry is putting it lightly. If I had any control over it you guys would not be in business. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I hope you don't have a good weekend and that your car breaks down. More
