I had dreaded having the inconvenience of having to lose access to my car to have safety recalls performed. No worries because once I dropped the car off they gave me a ride home and contacted me as soon a access to my car to have safety recalls performed. Practically no inconvenience at all and they completed TWO factory safety recall items with absolutely no charge to me. This dealership must have read the book "Raving Fans." Everything went as planned to fix something that was still under warranty. They gave me a free loaner car and were flexible with pickup once my car was completed.
