Great car, professional staff, excellent buying experience! From start to finish my experience was great at Bud Brown. I called to check availability on a used car, made and appointment to see and test drive t From start to finish my experience was great at Bud Brown. I called to check availability on a used car, made and appointment to see and test drive the next day. When I showed up the sales staff greeted me quickly and walked me to the car I was interested in. Upon inspection it was very clean and show car condition. Before I knew it I was on a test drive and then back at the dealership to do the paperwork. Within 2 hours I was driving down the road in my new (used) car. Full disclosure, I did not have a trade in to mess with, I was pre-approved for financing and the price on the vehicle (while a little high) was fair in my opinion for what I was getting so I saw no need to haggle. More

First experience for service and it was very unpleasant We had to fight for assistance for everything from getting vehicle serviced to a loaner as promised when we bought the vehicle. Were told initially we would have to find a Nissan shop to service our vehicle (this was never explained to us when we bought the vehicle, and was told we would not be given a loaner while being serviced. When I explained I was angry I was told “not to sweat the small stuff”. Being told to find and deal with a shop which we have no relationship with and that we would not be without transportation due to no loaner, is not “small stuff” for us. In the end they had us bring them our vehicle and said they have a relationship with Nissan and would deal with them for us, and gave us a vehicle but we had to fight to get that help. This is how they should have handled it from the beginning to provide good customer service. Instead it was very stressful. I am in the market for a Beetle, but it won’t be here. More

Service experience 2013 Passat with almost exactly 50,000 miles. Came in for service for a wheel speed related noise and separately for shuddering during slow steering w 2013 Passat with almost exactly 50,000 miles. Came in for service for a wheel speed related noise and separately for shuddering during slow steering when car not in motion. Personally diagnosed the steering issue to be a front passenger strut bearing before taking the car to dealer. Had to leave the car the night before so wrote a note as to the steering problem and what I did to diagnose it. It was mid-afternoon when I got notified that the mechanic believed the wheel noise was related to a damaged tire and not a wheel bearing or driveaxle/line issue and that the mechanic was not able to verify anything wrong with the steering system. I was told that I was more than happy to come by and have the mechanic ride with me during a drive. So I took off work and was able to drive the car with the mechanic so that he could hear what I was hearing and discuss the steering issue. The mechanic was extremely nice and offered to put the car back on the lift so that I could show him what I did to diagnose the bearing. We did that and he was able to verify that the strut bearing was sticking/shuddering when performing the test I did that I described in the note. Unfortunately, because the time was too late to complete a strut bearing/mount replacement, the car had to be left another day which necessitated some household vehicle jockeying. The bearing+mount was replaced successfully ($500 total cost) and other than the failure being a bit early for strut bearing fatigue on a one owner car still under powertrain warranty and the extra day needed to complete the replacement, the overall experience for this service was good More

Quick Service I called because I had a screw in my tire and wanted wait for the repair. The gentleman in service said come on in and they would get to me as soon as I called because I had a screw in my tire and wanted wait for the repair. The gentleman in service said come on in and they would get to me as soon as possible. An hour later I was driving out with a repaired tire and a clean car! The price was right, too! The people in the service center, including the cashier, are super friendly and courteous. I have all of my service done here and will never take my Passat anywhere else. More
