Good People and A Nice Dealership I found my vehicle online and sent a request for more information. It is the dealership that receives 4 for two reasons. First, I had told them I was not going to buy the car that evening when I arrived. I wanted to test drive it. I was interested in the car, but was told I needed to put down a non-refundable deposit to hold it until the next morning while I waited for my financing to be approved. Why would I give a non-refundable deposit for a car I wasn't sure I was going to be approved? Second, their email system is horrible. I sent Sam a question that he never received. I also sent my insurance and loan information to him that he also did not receive. He asked if I had sent it to his company email and then told me they were having a terrible time with their email system. This is not good business and needed to be addressed when it was first identified. More

Bait and switch Found a truck that was nearly exactly what I was looking for. Went to look at it and had to see it in the body shop which i was fine with. While at the body shop (dodge body shop) for tailgate repair the body guy told me what they were doing..... knocking out a few dents in the box of the bed, new tailgate, new wheel liners, new bed cap rails, replace missing front air dam and spray in a Bedliner. I told them I wanted the truck, went and did numbers and after agreeing on a price they told me that they were not doing the bedliner unless I paid another $350 otherwise they’d just paint it. I wasn’t giving them another dime so I said don’t worry about it. I was supposed to get the truck on Wednesday after looking at it on Monday..... Wednesday comes and they said it won’t be ready, .....Thursday comes and I have to call them to find out when it will be ready. Finally get to pick it up and it had a new tailgate but nothing else was done. Beat up bed rails, wheel liners were all the same, later realized it didn’t have the air dam either..... the icing on the cake was the box floor had been rattle can painted in a 18”x18” area where they had applied some filler. They apologized after I got upset, replaced bedrail caps and said they don’t know where the body guy got the idea that they were to fix all that stuff but the tailgate was all they were fixing. Last but not least I hear it is against federal law for a dealer to sell a vehicle that has had emissions deleted. Was this a good experience, you be the judge. More
