Max was extremely knowledgeable about Volkswagen vehicles, and did not push us to get a car. Just showed us what he had and explained the ins and outs of it. The financial people were awesome, they were extremely patient with us. We went in to look amd didnt plan on actually buying a car that day, so when we decided to do it, we had none of the paperwork that they needed. So it took some time for us to find it all and get all the information that we needed together. But we did, and they helped us and were patient along the way. My only problem is the manager at the service department came off like he was treating me like an idiot. But everyone else in the service department was amazing. More
