Certified Pre-Owned - IS IT WORTH IT? Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 VW Atlas SE 4Motion with low miles at sticker price, and within the first week or week and a half, this is what w Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 VW Atlas SE 4Motion with low miles at sticker price, and within the first week or week and a half, this is what we have experienced: 1) Pulls to the right. Brought the car in to service and they tried to fix the problem which is better now, but still has a slight pull to the right. 2) Vehicle vibrates when around 65+ mph. 3) Vehicle shakes when breaking. Service department made break repairs and now seems better but still shakes a little. 4) Hissing or sometimes high pitch sound coming from the front of the vehicle. 5) Whistling sound or sound of air from driver side window and left side of front windshield, the windshield was replaced prior to taking ownership. 6) Front suspension occasional clunking sound and the ride is not as smooth as what this Atlas is known to be which may have something to do with the suspension. It sounds like something is loose. 7) Idoled rough a couple times since purchase. Service was unable to determine the cause since no lights were on. 8) Airbag cover on steering wheel not aligned. 9) Few days ago vehicle tried to pull forward on its own but I had applied enough pressure on the break to where it didn’t pull forward much. 10) Also, few days ago while cleaning the car, I noticed the front fog light on passenger side seemed out of place and not aligned with the one on the driver side. This prompted me to look at the front end and that was when I noticed the front panel on the passenger side seemed a little off when compared to the driver side panel. 11) Lots of rattling noise in the cabin. Driver door panel area, front dash, center console, and center row. I will update my review of this dealership accordingly, and will recommend this dealership to friends and family depending on how the issues are handled. As of today, I've owned the Atlas for 2 weeks. More
