Won’t ever go back Didn’t tell us about the fee to diagnose the problem ahead of time. We opted to not fix that’s when they gave us a bill for $100+. Shady Dealership, Useless Warranty, Withholding Information I have a Tiguan that using synthetic oil. I purchased this vehicle with a plan that gave me four synthetic oil changes. Each change it supposed to las I have a Tiguan that using synthetic oil. I purchased this vehicle with a plan that gave me four synthetic oil changes. Each change it supposed to last 10000 to 12000 miles. Service always put a sticker on my vehicle for every 4000 miles, and I subsequently used all of my built-in oil changes within 1.5 years. Sales also did not inform me that the plan would only have four oil changes. Also the cost to apply a carbon build-up cleaning solution is absurd. I will not be buying a vehicle here again nor recommending service. UPDATE: After taking the vehicle to a friend's shop, we uncovered that a ton of errors were being masked by an insane amount of carbon build-up. The build-up was causing massive fuel efficiency problems as vehicle performance, and was a huge detriment to the performance and functionality of the vehicle. All of the issues being caused by the carbon build-up SHOULD have been covered under the CPO extended warranty, but I was assured by their service team that it isn't. This dealership is utterly shady and they do not care. Buyer beware. More
