They really didn’t take much off the MSRP for the car except for the dealer rebates. Would’ve liked to negotiate a bit more but they were unable to do so without financing the car which I did not wish to do through Volkswagen. While I was looking for my new car I had my other daughters Tiguan in the service department for an annual service. They got the car right in and were efficient. In the end I was happy with the transaction. The paper work processing took longer than I would’ve preferred but overall it was a good experience and I’ll continue to use them. More

Showed up, took car right in, out in decent time Called before I went it to check on "better" times for oil change as they have express service. I was able to leave work early and arrive a bit after Called before I went it to check on "better" times for oil change as they have express service. I was able to leave work early and arrive a bit after 3 PM. No line, car taken right after I dropped the keys in it. Oil changed, tires rotated, check list covered, washed and I was back on the road. Finally picked a day it was not raining or about to rain so I can enjoy the washed card for at least a little bit. More
