Worked with Max and he was very knowledgeable We drove 3 hours to look for vehicle we wanted. We showed up an hour before closing and Max took us for our test drive. Decent, not spectacular There was spotty communication at first with the employees and I wasn't treated very nicely when I came in to get my windows tinted by the service cen There was spotty communication at first with the employees and I wasn't treated very nicely when I came in to get my windows tinted by the service center there. I purchased a brand new vehicle and put almost half down, which I figured I'd be given even more of the upper hand with some things but I had to negotiate for a lot. I couldn't even get the strip on my front window tinted without paying for it. The service wasn't awful but it wasn't spectacular and it didn't make me look forward to working with them for the purchase of my first new vehicle. When I came to test drive with my boyfriend we were left standing outside in the heat for 15-20 minutes just while the keys were received. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're fine with decent service and people acting annoyed to help you out. More
