I did not know exactly what I was looking for, and how much I wanted to spend, and he Mike was very friendly and helpful during my used car purchase. I did not know exactly what I was looking for, and how much I wanted to spend, and he was very patient and helpful as we worked through the narrowing down process. The "closing" process included the requisite add on's for purchase, but it was not high pressure in any way, and did not add a lot of time. Jerry the sales manager was also friendly and helpful, and not high pressure either. Thanks - I will return next time I need another car! More

First Time Volkswagen owner/ Bud Brown Service User I brought the car in for a recall, check engine light, and safety recall. I received a call back the same day and was advised there was a map sensor I brought the car in for a recall, check engine light, and safety recall. I received a call back the same day and was advised there was a map sensor triggering the engine light and a bad vacuum pump creating the oil leak. Both items would be $1500 to correct. I gave the green light to fix and the car would be picked up later that same day(late evening). The following morning we noticed the car still had an oil leak in the same spot. We took the vehicle back in to have it looked at. Initially they couldnt find a leak and asked to keep it an extra day. The following day we received a call that the rear main seal is leaking as well as the headgasket, an additional $2500 would be required for the additional finds. All of these “issues” should have been found during the initial inspection, it turned in to a “lets throw parts at it to see if it fixes it”. Had all the issues been found initially it would have changed how we go about spending on what needs repaired. More

Lost key replace and reprogram All went well. Parts and service writers were all kind as well as the cashier. The mechanic was somewhat terse but I shouldn’t have been botheri All went well. The mechanic was somewhat terse but I shouldn’t have been bothering him in the first place, I tried to help with gear selection as my cars gear linkage was disconnected (due to lost key and having an auto transmission ) and I caused him a delay by moving his battery booster. He then finished and ran off without saying anything when we had agreed to try and program another fob. I’m not bothered by attitudes, though some people might have been. Everyone 5 stars, mechanic 3. More
