It’s been good the last 8 years but I have to say that I was disappointed my last visit. The vent clip came off my driver’s side vent. I brought the piece in and showed it to them while checking in. When Steve comes out to give me an update, he tells me that they can’t reattach it or anything. They don’t know how to or something. You guys are a VOLKSWAGEN dealership. How do you not know how to reattach a part that came off of one of your VOLKSWAGEN vents???? Or at least fix it? Or replace it? So yeah, 3 years from now when I’m looking for my next car, not even the slightest chance that it will be a Volkswagen. It’s not just this instance. I’ve had lots of little things go wrong with this vehicle since 2014 when I bought it. This was the first thing that they couldn’t fix though. Very disappointing is all I can say. More
