Oil change took 80 minutes I came in and dropped off my Jetta for an oil change, and that took 80 minutes. This dealership advertises "Service Xpress", which from their website claims: "Fast is good. Fast and right is even better. What does VW Service Xpress have that those quick lube guys don’t? Well we’re fast just like they are." I don't think the quick lube guys would take 80 minutes for an oil change; but maybe I"m wrong. Also, I had a coupon on my phone, but apparently I was supposed to present that coupon at the start of the interaction, which was not clearly noted on the coupon. If that is indeed important, consider asking if the customer has any coupons at the start of the interaction. More
