Steve, my usual service advisor is awesome, however, for this service appointment Steve was working with someone else and I had to deal with Kelly, apparently the service manager. From the get go I felt he this service appointment Steve was working with someone else and I had to deal with Kelly, apparently the service manager. From the get go I felt he was condescending and put out that he was dealing with me and I felt overly defensive. Not a good experience, to say the least. 4 star rating is for Steve alone...otherwise this would be 0 to 1. More

Went in to have car road worthy for a 500+ mile trip. Steve Hill got me checked in & car ready to go. Tires rotated, fluids checked and topped off, new wiper blades (came in handy on Labor Day in MN & WI Steve Hill got me checked in & car ready to go. We made a point buy our second VW from bud brown. We loved our first one, a CC, and their service department. The second, a Golf, is fun too and promises to be a terrific car.
