I get emails to schedule service here. So when I do, the guy who sounds like he’s having a really bad day answers the phone & says “We don’t schedule, you just bring your car in. We’ve been this way for 9 y guy who sounds like he’s having a really bad day answers the phone & says “We don’t schedule, you just bring your car in. We’ve been this way for 9 years.” And hangs up. When we get to find a pocket of time to go in for our oil change, it takes 2 hours. In person though Norman was very nice, good customer service in person. More
