Bud Brown had the exact Tiguan I had built on-line. I called and spoke with Jared Erickson over the phone and met him there the next day. Jared took the time to set up all the features on my car, like the touch radio, navigation, iPhone, etc...to my specifications. Jared did NOT waste my time in taking the car for a test drive, then meeting with the finace manager. Jared made my car buying process seamless! Exactly as it should be. I have since been in for my 5,000 mile service in which your staff's customer service is also impecable. Jared has made several follow up calls to make sure everything was still doing great with the car. I would most definetly recommend Jared Erickson along with Bud Brown VW to any of my family or friends looking for a new vehicle. I look foward to seeing your staff when I bring my Tiguan in for it's 10,000 mile service. I just received my letter yesterday. We just bought a pre-owned VW Routan last week and our experience was great. After briefly stopping by on a Friday night and talking with Brian we were back the next morning and had all the papers signed experience was great.
