I really liked her low key approach. She pointed out all the traits/benefits of the Tiguan, answered my questions effectively, and worked very well with my husband in figuring out how to get the vehicle that I dearly wanted. She is very organized, and took us through each step with such ease, it was a fun. I was so happy and grateful to have her and hence, have my Tiguan! Missy also offered to let me drive the Tiguan for the afternoon. I was so blessed that she trusted me, as others before her had used excuses not to allow it. The people in the service department are also a treat. They are consistently kind, attentive, and very organized in their work. I truely enjoy taking my vehicle in for service due to their sunny attitude when you arrive and efficiency with your problem. One month after purchase, we had an accident. Jake took our case and guided me through the whole process, encouraging and directing what I needed to do. He tested our vehicle to document the damage, and did all the necessary paperwork to give the Insurance Company, even helping me with the details the adjuster had in mind. His goal was to help me get our brand new Tiguan fixed as new, which I wanted. He also researched a part order mistake, and took care of it honestly. His kind and professional personality made a stressful event, easy. I feel I can trust him to give excellent service at any time. Bud Brown had the exact Tiguan I had built on-line. I called and spoke with Jared Erickson over the phone and met him there the next day. Jared took the time to set up all the features on my car, like the touch radio, navigation, iPhone, etc...to my specifications. Jared did NOT waste my time in taking the car for a test drive, then meeting with the finace manager. Jared made my car buying process seamless! Exactly as it should be. I have since been in for my 5,000 mile service in which your staff's customer service is also impecable. Jared has made several follow up calls to make sure everything was still doing great with the car. I would most definetly recommend Jared Erickson along with Bud Brown VW to any of my family or friends looking for a new vehicle. I look foward to seeing your staff when I bring my Tiguan in for it's 10,000 mile service. I just received my letter yesterday. We have received excellent follow up from Jared and our experiences with the service department related to maintenance care has been hassle free. We don't know how they are with repairs because nothing has needed attention. I expect they will provide the same quality of service if that happens. Good place, good products, great people! More
