I purchased a new 2010 VW Jetta Limited Edition in April of 2010 and am very pleased with it and my experience at Bud Brown VW. I was able to bargain with them on price and they were very low pressure and friendly through it all. I had been considering a Civic or Corolla from other local dealers but all it took was a test drive in a Jetta to convice me to buy VW- it had a much more solid, quality feel (German engineering) and was fun to drive. My black Jetta stands out in a crowd and is different from the ordinary "appliance" cars of the competition. Bud Brown even went so far as to have my new car in a separate presentation area of the showroom when I picked it up which made me feel like I was buying a really high end car. I have since gone back for the free oil changes and have been pleased with the fast and clean service department. My car has been very reliable and has not had a single problem. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely buy from them again (however I plan on keeping my Jetta a long time!). I am also in the process of convincing my friend to trade in his Accord and purchase a new Passat from Bud Brown VW. This is from a guy that has owned Hondas and Toyotas his whole life and has finally stepped up to VWs. More

Bud Brown Volkswagen has been great not only in their customer service in their sales department but always prompt and courteous in their service department. I want to let you know that Mac is the reason that we bought a VW Van instead of the KIA Van which was less. Very friendly atmosphere and I couldn't be happier with the car service each and every time. The only reason the price category was rated a 3 is because I think that the VW Tiquan is priced a bit high but we know it is for one heck of a good product.
