I was in for service and decided to kill some time looking at cars. Even though I did not buy, because Brian had such a wonderful attitude, displayed total and complete honesty, had a great down-to-ea looking at cars. Even though I did not buy, because Brian had such a wonderful attitude, displayed total and complete honesty, had a great down-to-earth personality AND really knows his cars, it made me want to buy a car from him. I had the best experience and I am going to try very hard to give him my business no matter what make or model were interested in - we'll call him first. He also was able to allow me to take one of the cars I was interested in, for a couple of hours whle mine was being worked on.The waiting area/lounge was comfortable and clean. Russ, my service rep, was amazing. One does not have the pleasure of experiencing such service and old fashioned respect in this day and age. I actually enjoyed being there. I would highly, highly, recommend Bud Brown. I hope they keep up the excellent work. More

I was referred to Bud Brown VW to purchase a Jetta that I was interested in. I was specifically referred to Mac Mulkins to assist me with the sales process. It truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I now own 2 VW's and get them both serviced there as well. I had been working with a different dealership trying to buy a second, more fuel efficient vehicle. I had found a car I liked, but just happened to e-mail Jared about a car at Bud Brown. It turned out the car I inquired about was not a good fit for my needs or budget, so I was waiting for the other dealer to call and finalize the purchase of the other vehicle. Before they contacted me, Jared called me back and suggested a different, newer vehicle, with fewer miles that would comfortably fit in my budget. My schedule was extremely tight due to a business trip I had to take, but Jared took care of me at every turn and didn't waste a second of my time. He even met me in the parking lot, keys in hand, so I could test drive the car. This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I can remember. I couldn't be more satisfied. More

At Bud Brown Volkswagen, Mac especially impressed us, not only is he friendly & helpful as is everyone at Bud Brown, but he is very knowledgeable about cars in general and especially so about Volkswagens. He was an important factor in us purchasing our GTI. The most important factor though is the GTI itself. It's such a well-made, FUN car to drive!!! We were looking for a used car, specifically a VW Passat or a Honda Accord. While driving through, we saw that you had an '08 Accord, so stopped to look at both...turns out the Accord fits our family better or a Honda Accord. Brian worked with us until we were comfortable with our trade-in, the purchase price, financing, etc. We might not have been his easiest customers but he treated us as if we might just be his favorites! He did a fine job and we would highly recommend him to anyone who might be looking for a car. More
