I was in for service and decided to kill some time looking at cars. Even though I did not buy, because Brian had such a wonderful attitude, displayed total and complete honesty, had a great down-to-ea looking at cars. I had the best experience and I am going to try very hard to give him my business no matter what make or model were interested in - we'll call him first. He also was able to allow me to take one of the cars I was interested in, for a couple of hours whle mine was being worked on.The waiting area/lounge was comfortable and clean. Russ, my service rep, was amazing. One does not have the pleasure of experiencing such service and old fashioned respect in this day and age. I actually enjoyed being there. I was referred to Bud Brown VW to purchase a Jetta that I was interested in. I was specifically referred to Mac Mulkins to assist me with the sales process. I had been working with a different dealership trying to buy a second, more fuel efficient vehicle. I had found a car I liked, but just happened to e-mail Jared about a car at Bud Brown. It turned out the car I inquired about was not a good fit for my needs or budget, so I was waiting for the other dealer to call and finalize the purchase of the other vehicle. Before they contacted me, Jared called me back and suggested a different, newer vehicle, with fewer miles that would comfortably fit in my budget. My schedule was extremely tight due to a business trip I had to take, but Jared took care of me at every turn and didn't waste a second of my time. He even met me in the parking lot, keys in hand, so I could test drive the car. This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I can remember. I couldn't be more satisfied. More
