I had been looking for a car that gets better gas mileage and one of my colleagues told me to look at the Jetta TDI. I had never looked at or driven a VW and when I drove into Bud Brown....I was greeted by and one of my colleagues told me to look at the Jetta TDI. We went in just to look and walked away with a beautiful new Jetta TDI. Jim was very helpful in explaining every aspect of the car and the differences between the diesel engine & the gas engine. I didn’t feel rushed in fact I work late and the staff made accommodations to stay when it was convenient for me. I could have waited to purchase on a weekend, but they were happy to stay late on a weeknight so I could get into my car faster! Just shows the extra care that they place in customer service! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything nor did I feel like I was being stalked while I looked at vehicles.
