I didn’t feel rushed in fact I work late and the staff made accommodations to stay when it was convenient for me. I could have waited to purchase on a weekend, but they were happy to stay late on a weeknight so I could get into my car faster! Just shows the extra care that they place in customer service! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything nor did I feel like I was being stalked while I looked at vehicles. Jim answered all my questions and even invited me to come back to the dealership or call if I have any question even simple one’s. Brian was wonderful. He helped us decide what was best for us and our family. He worked with us to get into the price range we needed. He had lots of patience. We had our 1 year old daughter with us. This was a terrific buying experience! My husband started out the morning with Brian. He was very friendly and my husband was truly impressed with his friendliness, help and professionalism. They had only recently aquired this car from an auction and had not yet received the owner's manual so weren't all that familiar with it, it not being a Volkswagon. But Brian and my husband did take it for a test drive and by the time we came back that evening with my car for a trade-in Brian had gone out of his way to make sure we would know our way around all the bells and whistles until we received the owner's manual. I would definately contact Brian in the future for our next car purchase. Extremely satisfied!!! Now what can I say about my new friend Ricky?!? This man is a gem! Ricky is the Business Manager at Bud Brown and I found him to be a man of character and integrity, not to mention a terrific, dry sense of humor that I happen to enjoy, making the tedious process of paperwork actually fun! He, like Brian went out of his way, above and beyond in my opinion, to get us the financing we needed. Walking my husband and me through the process and explaining every paper signed, we left that evening in our "new" car confident we made a decision we could be very comfortable with.
