Typcially shopping for a new vehicle in on par with a trip to the dentist for me; actually the dental trip is preferred. However my experience with Bud Brown was certainly better than expected. I found the sales staff reasonable and the quality of the used vehicle that we purchased was excellent. After obtaining the vehicle we took it to our usual mechanic who commented that it was one of the best used vehicles that he had seen in some time. Overall i would give the staff a 9.5 out of 10. If there is room for improvment it would come with a few minor discrepancies that emerged between the information that the sales staff and the finance guy offered. The oil change program that was offered with our warranty was additional. The sales staff indicated that it was included but eventually it ended up being about $140 on top of the warranty. Additionally the sales staff indicated that I would be able to use any certified mechanic with the warranty; however it appears that this is only the case when i am more than 50 miles from Bud Brown. These were minor issues, but could be improved. Nevertheless, my experience overall exceeded my expctations and i would use them again in the future if the vehicle i was searching for was in their used car stock (sorry not a VW guy). More

Walked in and wanted to trade my truck for a nice VW. As soon as I walked into Bud Brown, I was greeted with a happy staff and out on a test drive within minutes. Todd was very extensive in his overview of the Jetta. I had worked as a mechanic for VW for 2 years and he explained everything to me with honesty and truth. He knew almost everything about the car. His honesty and knowledge on the product eased my mind and allowed me to make a good decision to buy from him. They also offered me what I was wanting for my trade in! At the end I walked away with a very clean, new looking Jetta and a great extended warranty. I recommend these guys. Their service, staff, and knowledge won't let you down. I found a vehicle I was interested in online. I was unable to get off work to go see it, but Jim worked with my parents to take it on a test drive to see me. We went in to test drive a 2012 VW Jetta Diesel. My wife had narrowed her choices down to 4, and one of them was the Jetta Diesel. After our test drive (it really is a fun car to drive), we sat down with Brian and he asked us what he could do to get us in to the new car. He eventually had two conversations with a manager, and then returned to us and said we could have the car at the 1st price we quoted to him. I was actually with my sister who was shopping for a used car. I had been thinking of selling mine but wasn't actively looking. Todd was assisting us. When he got to the Jeep Grand Cheokee and the price my I had to stop him. I had always wanted to have one but never could afford one. The price and the car were incredible. We were able to make a great deal that was very easy to negotiate. Paper work was completed quickly and they did not try to sell me any extras. I drove home very happy. Can't say the same for my sister. But she finally found her Jetta. So we are both happy. This dealership is fantastic. I highly recommend it. Be sure to ask for Todd. More
