I was in need of a new vehicle and I had an outstanding experience with the staff at Bud Brown VW. Other sales people helped to entertain my 3 yr old while my wife and worked with our sales advisor. We test drove numerous cars and Zach knew the pros and cons of each. My sales advisor, Zach Buehrer, is close in age to myself and my wife, so there was an instant connection in terms of what we were looking for in a car. The entire staff was extremely friendly and did whatever they could to help us select the best car for our budget and overall needs. The price was second to none. I would say there was no haggling on the price. We talked about price, and Zach and the finance manager came back with a price, and collectively we adjusted it. The whole negotiating process took a max of 30 minutes. My initial phone car asked if they still had the car because the price was incredible. I told them when we would be there the next day and they had it waiting for us. The dealership is a bit farther away than a competing dealership, but I will take my car to Bud Brown. The service manager has a long history with VW and I trust Kelly to tell me what is what. Overall from the initial meeting to driving away with our car, the experience was exceptional. More

I had an excellent time buying my VW Routan at Bud Brown. It was my first experience buying a car by myself and Jim McNeal was a pleasure to work with. I called Jim back a few hours later to see if I could drive the car again, he apologized and said that his manager drove it home for the evening but that I would be welcome to come back in the morning to drive the vehicle then. The next day I came to the dealership with more questions which he happily answered, then he let me take it to my husband's work and to drive it for a few hours with my kids so we could see how everyone liked the vehicle. I came back to the dealership with a check a few hours later and got an excellent deal on a great vehicle. My husband was shocked that it was so easy for me to do without his help (so was I.) Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, from Jim to the manager to the finance guy and the service manager. I couldn't be happier with the experience, the deal I got, and of course the vehicle we purchased. Everything went so smoothly it doesn't seem real. All our friends want to go for a ride in our new van with heated seats and 2 DVD players! Can't wait to take it on the next family trip! More
