Like another customer who wrote a review, I too, was a huge pain. I was very skeptical, having been burned so many times before. One of the biggest reasons I stayed with Bud Brown, is that I had made it clear before arriving that I was only interested in leasing a new vehicle. Not once did Missy ever try and get me to buy a car, unlike my experiences at other dealerships. I really appreciated that. I was also impressed by Missy's knowledge of the particular vehicle I was interested in. She was extremely helpful. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Also, it was a very nice dealership, very clean and customer oriented. I also had some financial problems and there were some problems with my paperwork, but everyone was very helpful and patient and worked well with me to get all the problems ironed out. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Missy, in particular. I look forward to a happy, long relationship. More
My first experience with this dealership on Dec. 6, 2011, with my salesman Zach, was very good, but when they couldn't fix my White 2012 Jetta TDI, they offered to replace it. Steve Everhart was in charge of with my salesman Zach, was very good, but when they couldn't fix my White 2012 Jetta TDI, they offered to replace it. Steve Everhart was in charge of this. I upgraded from TDI Premium to TDI Premium w/Navigation, to make sure I didn't have the same problem with the stereo system. I was told that Volkswagen was giving them money to get me out of my defective car and into a new one. The car was only 3 months old and service tried to fix it several times, along with a corporate Volkswagen troubleshooter. All along I was being told I was only paying the difference in model upgrade. After deciphering the paperwork,multiple pages, I was over-charged $1500. Steve was unwilling to work with me about the over-charge and said that it was correct and that he wasn't going to do anything about it because I already signed the paperwork. Long story short, if you do end up buying from here, take the extra time to look over the paperwork. They are the reason we all hate to buy cars from dealerships. I would never buy another car from here and wouldn't recommend you do either. I feel sorry for the person that they sold my defective car to, I'm sure they told them there was nothing wrong with it! I refuse to buy cars because I do not like dealing with the stereo typical car salesman/woman, but everyone at bud brown is very laid back and very helpful, Jim impressed me with his very calm and gentle mannered, even when he’s dealing with someone like me. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was coming here but it would become a book, so in conclusion I will defiantly be referring people to Jim McNeal and I will defiantly be coming back for another car in the future.. I had an excellent buying experience at Bud Brown VW due to the service of Chris Jung my salesperson. He completely kept me in the loop on every update and detail in the purchasing process and also after pi to the service of Chris Jung my salesperson. Every question was answered quick and effectively and I would highly recommend Chris as a person to help you find the car that meets your needs and expectations. After finally deciding to buy a new VW Diesel from Bud Brown,I found Zach was a great help in helping my wife understand the benefits of Diesel over petrol engines. Very good buying experience. This dealership has a lot of models in the lot, the building is clean with a very nice and spacious lounging area. Mike Rowe worked really hard in helping me find the car that I models in the lot, the building is clean with a very nice and spacious lounging area. There were a few problems with the new computer software that they are using, but other staff members are very helpful and eventually I went home with the car that I wanted at a good price. This is the first time that I have bought a car from Bud Brown Volkswagen, but overall I am a very satisfied first time customer. I hope I will continue to recieve the same exemplary level of customer service in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to friends and family members. More
