Kelly went the extra mile to get my car repaired under warranty after that other dealership (rhymes with rolle) told me to take a hike. They even gave me a loaner Bug for the day. The day before the other guys wasted 2.5 hrs of my time just to lie to me that they couldn't fix my issue under warranty and let me drive away in a car unsafe to drive on the highway. Brian was very friendly but not pushy. I came to the dealership about 7 months before bying my Passat and let him know I was very interested in that specific car and would likely be back to buy it somet dealership about 7 months before bying my Passat and let him know I was very interested in that specific car and would likely be back to buy it sometime later in the year. I got my second new vehicle from Bud Brown VW and leased a 2012 Passat this time. Brian Phillips, my salesperson, was very patient with me, considering I am a very picky and indecisive. He gave me a good trade in value on my old Jetta and I believe I got a good deal on the lease terms on my new Passat. I plan on getting another VW from the same dealer and salesperson when my lease is up. I'm very pleased with my new Passat as it stands out in a crowd and is not a "common" vehicle. It looks and drives distinctly German. I like the fact that it is built here in America, thus providing American jobs and the build quality is just as good as the German built VWs from what i can see. Overall, a great buying experience. We rarely replace our vehicles because we don't like having to deal with sales people, but after working with Missy, I am seriously thinking of buying another car from her since my husband loves our Jetta so much, I rarely get to drive it :) The gas mileage is fabulous! This is our second Jetta, by the way. We bought a used Jetta for our daughter about 2 years ago and we all liked it so much, we got this new one for us to drive. The car is very comfortable, easy to drive, roomy and gets great gas mileage, which is what we really needed with the long commutes. I would have no problem recommending Bud Brown or Missy to anyone that is looking for a VW! It would be worth the drive, no matter where you live to check them out!
