I bought a 2013 TDI Jetta, trading in a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Andy Lowe, sales rep and Jesse Little, Sales manager were great to work with. I recently bought a used Jetta from Bud Brown. The process of buying the car was smooth, however there were several things discovered down the road that were a little bit shady and definitely frustrat process of buying the car was smooth, however there were several things discovered down the road that were a little bit shady and definitely frustrating! 1) There was non-synthetic transmission fluid in the transmission. This was not disclosed to us upon purchase, which means one of two things...they either don't check the cars that are traded in prior to reselling them, or they knew about the issue and chose not to correct it or inform us of it prior to us purchasing it. 2) The glove box handle was broken. This is an easy fix for us, but still something that should have been dealt with prior to our purchase, 3) They told us they had shipped the title, when in fact they had not. Then, upon receiving the title, we realized it was an out of state title which means more time and work on our end. They could have, and should have, taken the necessary steps to get the Kansas title. I know these are small things, but the quality of a business are in the details, which in our experience were sorely overlooked. More

Kelly went the extra mile to get my car repaired under warranty after that other dealership (rhymes with rolle) told me to take a hike. Kelly listened to my issue and contacted VW to have my fuel pump rep warranty after that other dealership (rhymes with rolle) told me to take a hike. Kelly listened to my issue and contacted VW to have my fuel pump replaced under warranty. He kept me in the know through the whole process and they fixed the problem in one day. They even gave me a loaner Bug for the day. The day before the other guys wasted 2.5 hrs of my time just to lie to me that they couldn't fix my issue under warranty and let me drive away in a car unsafe to drive on the highway. Brian was very friendly but not pushy. I got my second new vehicle from Bud Brown VW and leased a 2012 Passat this time. Brian Phillips, my salesperson, was very patient with me, considering I am a very picky and indecisive. He gave me a good trade in value on my old Jetta and I believe I got a good deal on the lease terms on my new Passat. I plan on getting another VW from the same dealer and salesperson when my lease is up. I'm very pleased with my new Passat as it stands out in a crowd and is not a "common" vehicle. It looks and drives distinctly German. I like the fact that it is built here in America, thus providing American jobs and the build quality is just as good as the German built VWs from what i can see. Overall, a great buying experience.
