I have also never had numbers ran with the salesman that actually matched what the finance manager had... typically is a guessing game until the finance manager was done. Visiting with Jesse was a pleasure as well as he took time to make sure that our needs were met with options and such. Brian was not a typical sales person. He was honest and did exacally what he said he would do. I was in and out in about an hour with the car and price I wanted. I bought a 2013 TDI Jetta, trading in a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Andy Lowe, sales rep and Jesse Little, Sales manager were great to work with. I rated the price as good because VW doesn't provide much bargaining room but we were able to get to a price I was happy with. I've put over 900 miles on the Jetta in 6 days and am getting the gas mileage as promised by VW. I am very happy with my purchase and Bud Brown employees. More

I recently bought a used Jetta from Bud Brown. The process of buying the car was smooth, however there were several things discovered down the road that were a little bit shady and definitely frustrat process of buying the car was smooth, however there were several things discovered down the road that were a little bit shady and definitely frustrating! 1) There was non-synthetic transmission fluid in the transmission. This was not disclosed to us upon purchase, which means one of two things...they either don't check the cars that are traded in prior to reselling them, or they knew about the issue and chose not to correct it or inform us of it prior to us purchasing it. 2) The glove box handle was broken. This is an easy fix for us, but still something that should have been dealt with prior to our purchase, 3) They told us they had shipped the title, when in fact they had not. Then, upon receiving the title, we realized it was an out of state title which means more time and work on our end. They could have, and should have, taken the necessary steps to get the Kansas title. I know these are small things, but the quality of a business are in the details, which in our experience were sorely overlooked. More
