I cannot say enough good things about Jim McNeal. Going into buying my first new car and trading in my older one I was rather worried about what the experience would be, but Jim made me feel at ease. He made sure to point out all the safety features (which sold my Dad right away) and all the other bells and whistles as well. Upon buying the car Jim even helped me set my radio stations and connect my phone to Bluetooth before I left. (He also flagged me down after he found I left my Taylor Swift CD in my trade in, what a guy! Haha.) Everyone at the dealership stayed patient and kind with me as I took time to debate whether or not the Passat was for me; not to mention that they had a smile on their face everytime I walked through the front door throughout my multiple visits to Bud Brown. Never once did I feel cheated or pressured into buying a new car with them, in fact - it was quite the opposite. The employees of Bud Brown, Jim especially, went above and beyond in order to make my car affordable for me, get a fair deal on my trade in, and to make the car buying experience go smoothly. I have also never had numbers ran with the salesman that actually matched what the finance manager had... typically is a guessing game until the finance manager was done. Visiting with Jesse was a pleasure as well as he took time to make sure that our needs were met with options and such. The whole shopping experience at Bud Brown VW was a pleasure and I do not have any hesitations sending my friends their way to get a great car with a great sales team. More

He remembered me and everything about the previous car I bought. We decided on an 09 Passat. He and the rest of the staff were helpful and welcoming. We came to an agreement on price pretty quickly. We have been happy with the service so far and the car we bought. We love VWs and will always go back to Jim and likely Bud Brown VW in the event we are in the market for another car. More
