I cannot say enough good things about Jim McNeal. Going into buying my first new car and trading in my older one I was rather worried about what the experience would be, but Jim made me feel at ease. He sold me my 2013 Passat not only as a car dealer, but as a father figure too. He made sure to point out all the safety features (which sold my Dad right away) and all the other bells and whistles as well. Upon buying the car Jim even helped me set my radio stations and connect my phone to Bluetooth before I left. (He also flagged me down after he found I left my Taylor Swift CD in my trade in, what a guy! Haha.) Everyone at the dealership stayed patient and kind with me as I took time to debate whether or not the Passat was for me; not to mention that they had a smile on their face everytime I walked through the front door throughout my multiple visits to Bud Brown. Never once did I feel cheated or pressured into buying a new car with them, in fact - it was quite the opposite. The employees of Bud Brown, Jim especially, went above and beyond in order to make my car affordable for me, get a fair deal on my trade in, and to make the car buying experience go smoothly. These guys know how to make the car buying experience a fun one, many laughs were shared here. I would definitely recommend Jim and Bud Brown Volkswagen to anyone looking for a new car.
