Selected used car I was interested in and sent a deposit using a credit card. They acknowledged the receipt of the credit card information. When I went back out to pick up the car a couple days later, the using a credit card. They acknowledged the receipt of the credit card information. When asked about the deposit, they said since they did not run the credit card through it was meaningless. They certainly meet the qualifications of an unethical car dealer. More
