This is my first Volkswagen. I drive a lot for work and was looking at a fuel-efficient alternative to my 2012 Ford Taurus. Ramyaa Ramachandran suggested that I take a look at the VW Passat TDI. Overall I would say that we had a very good experience. My wife and I have owned 5 Volkswagen's in last 15 years and we have been very satisfied with the brand. The main reason that we ended up at the Bud Brown lot is that while we have been loyal customers and have consistently bought from the same lot (Northtowne) I simply did not feel that we were getting the level of preferential pricing and treatment that we deserved given the amount that we have spent at their location in the last 10 years. The people at the Bud Brown location gave me a reasonable deal and were as nice as anyone that is trying sell you a car would be. While I have no reason to believe that they are being disingenuous, I will reserve my judgement on the subject of service and treatment for the first time that I need help with a warranty issue and or when I consider going back in the future to buy another car. Our sales person was a young woman named Ramyaa Ramachandran. Ramyaa is new to selling cars, and was as knowledgeable as any person could expect her to be given her time in the industry. She was a very nice person, and I very much enjoyed having the opportunity to do business with someone who is getting started in his or her profession. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new car. More
