Customer Service is excellent. Dealership is spic and span with great restrooms and waiting room. We decided that we didn't like the new style of Beetle so we looked at many other cars during the 2 plus years. Finally, on July 9th., we decided to check out the Beetle again, so we drove to Bud Brown. Missy wasn't there that day so Brian showed us the Beetles on the showroom floor. He told us that if we would test drive one we would love it, so we did. He was right. We called Missy on July 13th. and set up a time to meet with her and finally purchased a 2013 Beetle. We love it!! More

This is one of the best experiences we have had in all the years of purchasing cars. From the moment I entered the dealership to the moment we drove off with our new 2013 Jetta Hybrid, we were treated won the years of purchasing cars. There was none of the back and forth banter and negotiations that makes car buying so didtasteful. I made clear when I walked through the door, that I did not want to waste their time and did not want mine wasted. I told them what I was willing to do - period. We purchased a 2001 Beetle a month ago from Bud Brown Volkswagen . During the purchase the salesman and Internet sales manager were very friendly. I was very impressed and I sincerely thought that I ha Volkswagen . During the purchase the salesman and Internet sales manager were very friendly. I was very impressed and I sincerely thought that I had found a dealership that I was going to do business with for years to come. After driving our new used car a few days we noticed a short in the door lock system which would not allow the doors to lock nor the alarm system to work. This problem was sporadic so the problem would come and go. I think this problem was happening with the car before we purchased it and I do believe that the dealer probably was not aware of it due to it working on and off at times. This is where our disappointment started. I called the dealership several times and talked to the salesman that sold us the car asking if they might cover this problem since we had only been driving the car for 4 days. Again, very friendly salesman on the phone but despite several attempts via phone to the salesman that sold us the car and email to the internet sales manager, they did not respond even once to my request. Wow, UNBELIEVEABLE that a dealership would act in such an unprofessional way. I would have been somewhat satisfied to have gotten a call saying that they would not cover the problem just to have an answer. On a positive note, the car still has the problem with the door locks but we are very satisfied with it otherwise. I would not recommend Bud Brown Volkswagen but there are other VW dealers in our area that we will be checking out because we are planning to buy a VW Routan Van in a few months. More

Our experience buying a new 2013 GTI from Bud Brown Volkswagen was the best we have ever had. Andy was a fantastic salesman that really knew alot about the car we were buying.
