I was looking at a number of different dealerships in the area, however that changed once I visited with Toby and Joel. I worked with Toby first and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. When I had to leave after my first visit without making a deal (I had my two small children with me) there was no pressure at all. In fact, when I called back to schedule a time to come in, Toby actually scheduled me at a time that he would not be able to help me, putting me with Joel, resulting in him losing half the sale, because that time worked best for me and my family. I would have never expected that and it solidified for me that the folks here are truly about the customer. It took us 3 different trips into the dealership to get a deal done (at no fault of theirs) and they were incredibly patient with me and my family and helpful and friendly at every turn. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had (or even heard of for that matter) and they have gained a life long customer. I would highly recommend Bud Brown Volkswagen to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Rare is the occasion when buying a car that the car itself is secondary in the process. In 2013, we purchased a new VW Jetta Sport Wagen TDI DSG from Andy. He was top-notch and first-rate in providing accurate and precise answers to all of our questions in the office context, in the lot, and from Andy. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to communicate it to us. In 2014, a year later,we returned to buy a "reasonably new" used car and once again Andy Lowe showed his encyclopedic knowledge of the design and performance parameters of the vehicles were interested in. Overall, Andy is very pleasant and easy to deal with. It is obvious that he is a "VW Enthusiast" who has made a really in-depth study of his product. His knowledge of "details" does show proof that he is very interested in and is also very fond of the product he sells. So, knowing that we are being completely honest, we can happily be a cheer leader for Andy. Rah-rah Andy! Also, while we were having a 5000-mile service performed on our 2013 Sport Wagen, we met Vince Weston as we were "just wandering around" among the "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicles. He made it plain that he had no intention of "distracting" one of Andy's customers and we certainly did and do appreciate that polite and honorable behavior. He answered our initial questions regarding a 2010 Jetta CS 1.5 liter 4-door sedan and, most likely contributed to the fact that we bought that vehicle from Andy on his first day back to work after his family vacation. Joel was great. He worked with me and was very friendly. I felt that he cared about giving me the best possible service. However, I felt that Brian wanted to push me around and didn't respect me, as a wom I felt that he cared about giving me the best possible service. However, I felt that Brian wanted to push me around and didn't respect me, as a woman. I wonder if he would have treated a man the way he treated me? When I told him I did not want the warranty, he would not accept my answer. He asked me 4 or 5 times if I wanted the warranty. I told him "no" each time. After the fifth time, I finally had to tell him if he didn't back off, I was going to leave and not buy the car at all. If I hadn't had such a good relationship with Joel, I would have walked out of the dealership and bought a car somewhere else. Joel saved the sale. Brian's approach may be good for some people, but not for me! More

We had a wonderful experience with Missy during our quest for a new car.
