I explained what I wanted and how I wanted my trade in to work. Andy worked with me to secure a competitive price and then went about securing the car! Since the car is so rare I was told that it would take roughly two months for it to reach Kansas City. However, my car arrived about a month early and I could not be more thrilled! My experience with Andy and Frank was fantastic and I would recommend Bud Brown VW to anyone interested in a VW in the KC area. Another pro is that they are locally owned and operated and not one of several dealerships under one owner - which is a nice plus considering how great they are otherwise! More

Love my Passat! We went to Bud Brown just to take a look at the CPO Volkswagens. We ended up test driving two cars with John Allen and then left to mull it over. We did not get call after call from them asking us about the cars. We went back the next week and worked with Dominic to purchase the Passat. Both these salesmen were fairly new, but both answered our questions and if they didn't know they went and found someone who did. We had a great experience at Bud Brown and expect it to only continue as we service the car in the future. More

They were not too pushy either, there was the typical press for same day purchase, but it was easy and comfortable to walk away for a bit without being overwhelmed by pressure.
