Quick, easy, and painless is the best way I can describe working with Joel. He listened to my concerns/requests, and accommodated me above and beyond any level I've experienced in the past. Besides giving me a great price and experience, he listened! Moreover, he didn't treat me like a sale or see $$$. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were greeted as soon as we stepped out of my vehicle. At other dealerships, I have felt hassled and less respected because I am only 23 years-old, but never for a moment did I feel like I was getting quick-talked or cheated at Bud Brown. I came in to purchase a 2012 VW GTI, which was very well priced for its condition and mileage. The sales rep (Andrew Lowe) was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, which was a complete turn around from what I had experienced at the other dealerships. Whether you are in Kansas or Missouri, I HIGHLY recommend visiting Bud Brown for your next VW. The staff, facility, and prices cannot be beat. This dealership has gained my business for years to come. More
