He was considerate and spoke directly TO me and asked questions in order to find out what kind of car would work best for me. This is the FIRST time EVER that I had a positive experience with a sales man. What impressed me the most was when we went to wait on financing which I expected to take my whole day and be painful. Joel said he would check back in 15 minutes and HE DID!! he continued to check on our progress and the finance department was quick and impressive. I don't care if I move six states away I am going to drive my Bud Brown purchased car to Bud Brown for another car the rest of my life! More

Not only were they fair, but they treated me like family and made me feel really good about my purchase. In fact, there were some challenges with the glue from the price sticker damaging my tint. I also noticed a white discoloration on one of the speakers. Both were noticed AFTER I drove it off the lot, but they let me bring it back and they fixed it for me, at no additional cost. They wanted the car to be perfect for me and I was very grateful. Vince, Norman, Tom and Pete - all great guys with great hearts. I will be loyal to Bud Brown VW for life, both as it relates to my car, any future cars and the referral of others. More

Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were greeted as soon as we stepped out of my vehicle. At other dealerships, I have felt hassled and less respected because I am only 23 years-old, but never for a moment did I feel like I was getting quick-talked or cheated at Bud Brown. I came in to purchase a 2012 VW GTI, which was very well priced for its condition and mileage. The sales rep (Andrew Lowe) was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, which was a complete turn around from what I had experienced at the other dealerships. Whether you are in Kansas or Missouri, I HIGHLY recommend visiting Bud Brown for your next VW. The staff, facility, and prices cannot be beat. This dealership has gained my business for years to come. More
