A ++++ I brought my 2004 Passat in for an oil change, oil pan gasket, serpentine belts and potentially an allignment. Later that day they called and told me I brought my 2004 Passat in for an oil change, oil pan gasket, serpentine belts and potentially an allignment. Later that day they called and told me the oil pan gasket wasn't the issue but a $700+ axle seal. They could have just thrown the allignment in but said it was fine. I drive 800 miles a week and decided to see what I could do about trading up. I spoke with Steve and Andy Lowe that same day and niether of them pressured me into buying a car on the spot. Because of that I returned the next day to take a look at what they had on the lot. My price range was originally $15k or less but after talking to Andy that second day, he helped me realize that the total monthly cost of owning a TDI would be worth it due to the amazing fuel economy. I test drove a 2013 with 16k on it. Wow the thing had power and was epa rated at 42mpg. After a couple days of negotiation and ironing out the financing, I hopped into my new car. The thing I liked most about the folks at Bud Brown was that they understood my knowledge and expertise with cars anf never once trued to feed me a line of BS just to get a sale. This 2013 Jetta TDI is getting me 54mpg and does not compromise on power and sporty feel or luxury. I would recommend Bud Brown to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle and anyone who wants a nice car with a great sporty feel and amazing fuel economy, look at the Jetta TDI. More

They offered me $13,000… That’s $4,000 below NADA and KBB (for a stock Jeep which mine isn’t stock) they threw around a bunch of numbers trying to show me what a good deal it was!!! Wow!!! Very disappointed in Bud Brown VW. They lowest offer I had received so far. EVERY dealership before was at $17,000 or higher. We were in a time crunch and my husband could not join us that day, so she and I went to see what we could work out. Joel Presnell was our salesman- super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. The process was actually enjoyable! He took the time to explain all the features and didn't get frustrated when she changed her mind mid way through the process and decided on a different model. This is by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had and I would happily refer friends and family to this dealership. We had the BEST salesman- although it was over 100 degrees he patiently explained all the electronics, helped her set her radio stations before leaving the lot, and even unhooked and removed her sub from the old car for us. It was above and beyond exceptional service. Great experience! More
