We were in a time crunch and my husband could not join us that day, so she and I went to see what we could work out. Joel Presnell was our salesman- super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. The process was actually enjoyable! He took the time to explain all the features and didn't get frustrated when she changed her mind mid way through the process and decided on a different model. This is by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had and I would happily refer friends and family to this dealership. We had the BEST salesman- although it was over 100 degrees he patiently explained all the electronics, helped her set her radio stations before leaving the lot, and even unhooked and removed her sub from the old car for us. It was above and beyond exceptional service. Great experience! More
