The trip was without a doubt worth the extra time! I came in knowing exactly which car I wanted and we had already discussed many details via phone. They had the car shined up and waiting right out front upon my arrival and greeted me with a handshake as I pulled up. The service continued throughout my test drive, paperwork and even after I came home. My vehicle needed a seat cover replaced (it was wrinkled from the factory) and the guys at Bud Brown were willing to set up an appointment at my local dealership for me--awesome. A totally stress-free car buying experience that ran circles around my the local guys. I'll come straight back here for my next car someday. Kudos to Smokey, Steve and Michael for making this experience top notch. More
