Amazingly Wonderful It was a very cold evening in Kansas City. For weeks I have been looking for a car for my wife, but at an affordable price. I drove down auto row on Rawhide Drive checking out Chevy's, Hyundai's and Toyota's. As I started to drive home, it occurred to me that I did not check out Bud Brown. With my earmuffs, gloves and winter coat, I started looking around. "Wow," I said. This cars are priced well within my budget. Thinking no sales person would venture out in the cold, a gentleman walked over and asked how he might be able to help me. He introduced himself and the next thing I knew, I was testing driving a 2015 Passat. Ron Sumonja, did not hesitate to help me in my quest to find a nice automobile at a reasonable price. I took pictures of the car and sent to my wife. I told her about this amazingly wonderful sales person and the rest, well, I now have a Passat in my garage and a very happy wife. My wife had the opportunity to meet Ron and they hit it off like to old friends growing up in high school. I very nice gentleman with a no pressure, no nonsense approach to selling us a car. Thank you Ron for braving the cold and for making me and my wife very happy. As the saying goes, "If momma's happy, everyone is happy." More

He was one of the most patient sale person I ever had. He didn't push to buy the car like others have a tendency to do. Toby was really nice and really helpful understanding all the warranties and all that I had to deal with the car. Ever since I've had a follow up with Shannon how's everything going with the car. Quick and Easy!! We found the Chrysler 300 on the internet. So we drove an hour to look at the car. It was everything they promised on the internet. He was very friendly and understood right off that I am not a person who likes to shop for cars. After a test drive he was very patient with me as I made my decision to purchase the car. We signed the papers and was out the door in less that 45 min. Ron contacted me the following week to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and has called 2 times after that. It has been several months since I purchased the car and I received yet another call to make sure the car was doing okay. I would definitely purchase another car from Ron and Bud Brown VW. More

I live 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but I would love to purchase a car from here again as they work hard for your business. From my first internet inquiry, Smokey was great in immediately contacting me and answering any questions I had. When I arrived to the dealership, Smokey introduced me to Eric who was my salesman. There is still this stigma where car salesman are seen as the enemy. Eric is truly your best friend. He works hard for you. He doesn't sugar coat anything or tell you lies. He's honest, straight-forward and will explain thoroughly in detail your vehicle. He knows a lot about cars too which helps! From there, his sales managers were both fair with their assessment on my trade and the price of the car. For who wants an easy process, research, research, research, research! I gave them what I thought were fair numbers, and the process was so smooth. I didn't try to low-ball them or anything or be unrealistic. And they were the exact same. They treated me fairly and professionally and it was an awesome experience. Bud Brown must stress customer satisfaction, professionalism, and respect because every single employee I met (from the receptionist, to sales, to finance, to detail) are beyond helpful. This is a great dealership, and if you're looking to purchase a car, I highly recommend them. More
